NEPOOL buyers and brokers popped into the risk appetite lead this week. The traditional conservative crowd went from a 1% to 12% interest in pricing requests with some market-based risk. Risk tolerance in ERCOT and PJM remained strong, but fixed-price was once again the overwhelming selection for NYISO.
