NEPOOL, NYISO Near Zero

Whatever buyers and brokers in NEPOOL and NYISO are seeing, it has them focused on zero market-based risk.  Participants in both markets submitted pricing requests last week that were 99% focused on fixed price.  PJM led the other end of the spectrum with a 15% interest in index or flex products.
