ERCOT Sees Adequate Resources For Summer, Fall

ERCOT expects to have sufficient generation resources this summer, with peak demand forecast to be near 73,000 MW and total capacity estimated at close to 81,000 MW. The Texas grid operator also anticipated there will be enough capacity to serve the system in the fall, when peak usage is projected to hit 56,000 MW and generation resources will total nearly 87,000 MW.
