ERCOT Backs Off

Buyers and brokers in ERCOT tempered their appetite for market-based risk last week, but still led all markets with the lowest level of interest in pricing requests for fixed-price solutions. NEPOOL market participants had the lowest interest in market-based risk with an overwhelming preference for fixed-price solutions.
