99% Certainty in NYISO

Buyers and brokers in NYISO are playing it safe. This group of market participants was 99% focused on fixed-price solutions last week. NEPOOL and PJM were not far behind with pricing requests that were only marginally interested in index or flex type solutions.  ERCOT, as is the case in most weeks, had the healthiest appetite for market-based risk.
